Here at Christ Church Cathedral, Victoria, we have adopted the practice of commissioning a new carol each year since 2010. This year’s carol was written by Winnipeg-based composer and conductor Andrew Balfour. Of Cree descent and Anglican upbringing, Andrew is passionate about education and outreach, particularly on northern reserves and in inner-city Winnipeg schools. Learn more about Andrew HERE.
