As you likely know, the Cathedral has been working hard to create the conditions for excellent and creative ministry while yet putting us on the path to long-term sustainable funding.  For many years, we have operated with a systemic deficit, and we need to find ways to address this issue.  

This year,  we are inviting and challenging everyone who values the Cathedral, and the work we do in the community, to participate in one of our long-term initiatives – which is to help us grow our endowment. The “Christ Church Cathedral Fund” is lodged with the Victoria Foundation. It is small right now. But if we work at it over the years, such a fund could eventually generate enough income on an annual basis to eliminate our deficit, and to make it possible to follow our dreams.
