The Cathedral Check-in: Therapeutic Yoga with Nyk Danu
On a Tuesday afternoon or evening, you can find Nyk Danu in the Chapel of the New Jerusalem leading sessions in theapeutic yoga "for misfits," a label Nyk says describes "Gen Xers (and sometimes Y) who don’t feel at home in mainstream Yoga circles: the rebels, underdogs, introverts, geeks, and bookworms."
