Top Marks for PWRDF

If you need another reason to donate to the Anglican charity, Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF), here is a good one: last week it was listed as one of the 100 best Canadian charities, according to Maclean’s magazine’s annual report.  The score was 92.5 per cent due to its efficiency in tackling national and international projects with extremely low overhead.
